We are the primary creative and CRM partner for Sephora Spain. Our challenge is to seamlessly convey and maximize the brand's positioning across all touchpoints through top-notch creativity focused on business results.
Three major actions were undertaken:
“Quererte es poder” by Sephora
On Singles' Day 2021, we created a digital gala hosted by Ana Milán, emphasizing the importance of self-love.
The gala featured guest appearances by prominent stars such as My Crazy Makeup and Jedet. The event was live-streamed to an audience of over 26,000 people and achieved significant sales results on its ecommerce platform. The project's success led to the adaptation of this gala in other European countries.
We introduced the first interactive digital magazine specifically designed for our CRM database.
During the pandemic, we wanted to provide a novel way to engage our target audience. To achieve this, we developed the first interactive digital magazine with exclusive content tailored to each target group. This quarterly magazine has become an international case study for Sephora.
Beauty Talks: Shine Your Experience
We launched a podcast with Ana Milán targeting women over 45 years old.
This space allowed us to openly discuss a wide range of topics of interest to this generation and featured guests such as Mario and Alaska, as well as Agatha Ruiz de la Prada. Through this initiative, Sephora established itself as the top beauty destination for mature women.
