On Singles Day 2021, we created a digital gala hosted by Ana Milán, raising awareness about the importance of loving oneself.
The gala featured star guests such as My Crazy Makeup and Jedet. More than 26-thousand people followed the event online, which achieved outstanding sales results in its ecommerce. After the remarkable success of this project, the gala was adapted to other countries in Europe.
Digital Sephora Magazine
We presented the first interactive digital magazine, specifically designed for its CRM database.
We wanted to join our audience during the pandemic in a fresh way. We developed the first interactive digital magazine with exclusive content of interest for each target. This magazine is already being produced every three months and it has become an international case study for Sephora.
Beauty Talks: Show off with your experience.
We created a podcast with Ana Milán aimed at women older than 45.
In a space in which we openly discussed all kinds of important topics for this generation and that featured guests like Mario and Alaska, or Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, Sephora positioned itself as the premiere beauty destination for this demographic.
With content that was relevant to the target, we turned Sephora into the premiere beauty destination.
We have amplified the brand’s visibility, achieving the goals of every branding campaign reaching new targets, and positively impacting sales.
